Interlocking Chains Quilt Workshop with Janet Goddard on Saturday 5th October
£50.00
Interlocking Chains Quilt with Janet Goddard from Patchwork Patterns
Saturday 5th October – 10 – 4pm – £50 – This quilt is made from a single repeating block but what makes it really clever is the fabric placement which continues into the linked blocks. It is a pattern which needs careful piecing but once you have made your first couple of blocks you will be well on your way.
The quilt is jelly roll friendly or can be made from fabric scraps. I think that the pattern works best when the fabrics for the chains are all of a similar colour value eg all dark or all light.
Students need to be able to use a rotary cutter and stitch an accurate ¼” seam.
