We aim to deliver all orders within three days but are reliant on Royal Mail 1st class business post:

Free Delivery on all UK orders over £25 – The cost of all UK orders below £25 there will be charge of £2.50 – The cost of UK embroidery thread orders and vouchers can be less.
We send our products using either Royal Mail or Hermes so they can be tracked.
We do deliver to anywhere in the world. At this time we take payment for outside the UK using PayPal. Please contact us for further information about postage costs.
We sincerely hope you are very satisfied with your order but if you are not completely happy please contact us within 14 days of the sale date to arrange to return the item for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in the original condition. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged, including specially ordered items and cut fabric that is not a standard size. We are happy to exchange or refund a fat quarter, half metre or metre or quarters thereof but not unusual amounts such as 30 cm or 70 cm.
Please note colours are as accurate as the digital process will allow.
If you are posting goods to us for exchange or refund, please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the post. Please note we do not refund postage costs and refunds for items returns will be less the postage costs.
