Garden Birds on Vintage Fabrics workshop with Suzette Smart

Saturday 10th October  – 10am – 4pm – £99 – Take a beautiful piece of vintage fabric or embroidery and transform it into a charming textile artwork inspired by your favourite garden bird.

Choose from bird templates provided by Suzette and use fabric collage, free machine stitching, and hand embroidery to bring robins, blue tits, and goldfinches to life. Layer textures and stitches to create a unique mixed media piece full of character.

Once your bird is complete, mount it in an embroidery hoop — the perfect frame for displaying your finished work at home.

Suzette will bring a basket of lightweight fabrics for everyone to use, so you can experiment freely and find just the right colours and textures for your design.
