A Day with Hilda and Friends Workshop with Annette Emms

Saturday 21st March – 10 – 4pm – £75 – Annette is looking forward to our day stitching Hilda ( the Hare ) and friends at PoppyPatch. You will use Annette’s stamps to start your collaged picture. She will provide fabric for this, a linen / cotton mix.

Requirements:

Hand sewing kit
*Embroidery threads to go with your colour scheme. An assortment of fabric bits ( nothing too thick, cotton or linen types are best ) to
make the background (the background is approx. 12” x 9” ). I chose co-ordinating colours but the choice is up to you.
*A piece of quilt batting ( 12” by 9” )
*Fabric for the back of the work, which will show on the front, as in the pictures. A fat quarter would be plenty.
Lace scraps
*A piece of floral fabric, with small flowers, in your colour scheme.
*Bondaweb
A few coloured Pencil crayons if you have them.

Think that’s everything, I’ll bring the kitchen sink as
usual, so don’t worry!
