Louise Nichols Textiles The Beehive Lino Print Kits

Louise has designed this lino-printed beehive panel ready for you to embellish with the pre-printed bees, felt and threads included in the kit.

All the detail is added using the pre-printed bees, felt and a variety of stitches for which there are templates, diagrams and full instructions enclosed. You can use a mix of machine and hand or just hand sewing to add the embellishment but you will need a sewing machine for the final construction of the hanging. The bees are printed separately and once embellished are mounted on top of the main print using sticky pads.

The design is printed using an oil based ink which can be machine washed if necessary.

The finished hanging measures approx. 24cm x 24cm including the overhang from the bees but not including the loops for hanging.
